We experienced a water leak in our kitchen from a refrigerator line. Our insurance company had their "preferred" vendor come out to do the water extraction and mold mitigation. They did a 3 week dry out only to demo and tear out … More our cabinets, countertops and walls. I asked when an inspector would be coming out to inspect and assess the damages and was told it wasn't needed, they had photos from their remediation vendor. I tried contacting our desk adjuster multiple times with no response to voice-mail or emails. Something felt off.
We had James Coyne from All Points Claim Advisors come out to meet us initially just to discuss our situation as we had never made a homeowners claim before. In hindsight, I'm so glad and thankful we did. He was there when the remediation company happened to be there and saw the poor quality of work. After speaking with him in length, we hired him/ APCAs on the spot. James is very knowledgeable, he looked over our policy and advocated on our behalf. He helped us throughout the entire claim process, through every struggle with our insurance company. He helped go to mediation and then litigation when our insurance company refused to cover the repair costs for our kitchen that are clearly covered in our insurance policy.
I highly recommend All Points Claim Advisors. We will never make a homeowners claim without contacting this company first.
